I 🌈just love it when I find things 
so rich, this is a really unique piece- 
Sparkly & fresh- love it!  The 6” plate is a deep blue glass . I surrounded  it with deep cobalt blue German crystals & glass . Filigree accents  . Added a few chandelier crystals for sparkle!
The overall piece is  10.5x 7.5” hung w a chain.
